BACKGROUND

Universities and colleges educate students in business, management, statistics, and mathematics but there is not a single institute that is focusing on actuarial sciences especially in countries like Pakistan. The situation is the same in most of the poor and developing countries, realizing the situation the PFG Capital Markets decided to launch short training capacity-building programs related to global financial markets.

The reason to launch this program is to prepare the future brains and to empower them with the skills to handle financial markets. For sure we are trying to empower the markets worth over 50 trillion dollars (USD) and to support youth for better employment/self-employment.

To promote skilled and knowledgeable young entrepreneurs for global financial markets.

PROGRAM

• The program is based on selection on merit.
• Selection is based on the interest of students and minimum college students are acceptable.
• There is no limitation to subjects/field of study but interest only.
• We are an equal opportunity organization and don’t believe in race, gender, caste, ethnicity, etc.
• Students are invited on an annual call basis and selected students are taken for five (5) days intensive training program.
• Upon successful evaluation, the finalized students are given funds to operate in financial markets.
• PFG Capital Markets acts as a venture capitalist with funded entrepreneurs.
• All expenses of training and marketing of the program are being borne by the PFG Capital Markets, UK.
